I think I was born with the rebellious and exploring spirit. It is because of this particular way of thinking that I never stop for the existing things. I still remember that when I was in the third grade of the primary school, the science teacher always called me MR.QUESTION because I always asked him some strange questions. At one time the teacher even advised my parents to take me to see a doctor for he doubted that I was wrong in IQ.

At that time I was very stubborn and interesting. Owing to the rebellion and curiosity, I did not like being bound by the authorities. I desired to explore the world in my own way, and I would more believe the reality I saw by myself.

After grown up, I spend more of this motive force in changing things into better ones. When I was at the senior high school, I got acquainted with one of my tutors. Whenever I got a very novel and innovative idea, I called and communicated with him. I'm very grateful to him because he gives me the confidence and keeps my ideas coming forth till now.

Comparatively,I look more like a dreamer. I like thinking deep into the night because night can give me a lot of surprises and inspirations. Once at night I suddenly had an idea about the personalized network desktop. It could allow each person to build a network world of his own. I got so excited about the idea that I couldn’t fall asleep for the whole night. Although I cannot realize this idea with the present ability of my own, I am determined to make it come true one day in the future. I really enjoy the process of chasing my dreams.

M.Y.’S WORLD:

As I grow up, I cannot help imagining things that attract me and thinking about what valuable changes should occur to 

them in the world I have imagined.

When I was 16 years old, I had the opportunity to experience

blind people’s education, but I was disappointed with the 

non-user-friendly design of facilities for blind people. 

So I stayed up all night to design a tablet computer which allows

a blind person to have his own independent world with the knowledge

I acquired so as to give them another pair of eyes.

I believe that the combination of technology and valuable design will change many things and will even create incredible things.


Sometimes, the design will be more perfect if other people 

participate in it. 

Maybe, there is such a person around you: he is wearing the same

clothes and has the same personality as you. 

After communicating with him, you will find that you are totally 

different when it comes to the worlds in your minds.

In the two worlds which communicate with each other, we are often 

surprised by the idea proposed by the other person and we can explore

more valuable ideas in his mind. 

So that experience gives us better inspiration for design. 

As a matter of face, communication gives us more creativity.

Since then, I have been totally dedicated to the robot and the 

exploration and design of new things. 

When I was lying on the bed, I was always lost in wild and fanciful thoughts. 

I was surprised that some fabulous ideas could occur to me inadvertently. Sometimes,

I was too excited to fall asleep. 


So I am exploring how to connect every corner of the world where we 

coexist and make people feel that the world is really with them. 

Everyone has a heart that desires to explore the world, but we are limited by 

the distance and narrow vision.

The earth might be as large as an atom and anyone can touch it.

You will be only a click away from everything that is going on in 

the world. You can explore anything on the earth.

I believe that all those can be realized by a clever design. 

An instant world is maybe put in your IPHONE. 

Now, I have got an idea.

Technology and design are fascinating because they are always marvelous to us

Everyone can find his own place in it to tap his potential and release his 

passion，including me.

I started to have interest on computer in Grade 4 of  primary school. At that time, my mother’s company provided  my mother a laptop computer for work use. Since the first  day the laptop came to my home, it became my loyal friend.  I began to play with this laptop when my mother did not use  it. As it brought lots of happiness to my life, I fell in  love with it. But two years later, when my mother’s company  took the laptop back, I was very sad. At the last day we  should hand up the laptop, I wrote a letter to say good bye  to it. The content of the letter is as follows: “Although you are still my friend today, you will leave me  tomorrow. I will be very sad to see you leave and I want you  stay. I don’t want tomorrow coming, because I don’t want  to leave you.” “Despite I have said that I want a new laptop, I actually  cannot let you go. I hope I can remember you in today’s diary  and wish you go to a nice home and got a happy future”. “I really love you, my computer”. As China has the largest population, the traffic problems are very serious.  The composition of the traffic flow is very complicated. Besides lots of cars,  buses and pedestrians, there are also some tricycles on the road. Therefore,  after carefully consideration, some of my schoolmates and I designed  “The Perception of Networking Traffic” system and took part in the First Lego  league(FLL) intelligent transportation design competition.    I also want to talk about the content networking application store which I  think about.  The world wide interconnection and communication could be realized by the content networking application store. It could build a platform where anyone could put his sensor information on and the control right of the sensor also could be sold and rented on this platform. The user also can assemble the sensing information they needed and  search the information their sensor needed. For example, if a researcher  wants to do the research on the weather of Beijing, he need not go to  Beijing. He could put the sensor which is used to measure weather of Beijing  from application store into his own computer, and then he would get all the  information he needed. It could also be used for traffic and other areas.  Perhaps it will be lots of difficulties to realize this thinking, but Ibelieve this  is a trend for the human being’s life.

Last year, I came to Singapore to study A-Level course and finished all the courses 

in only one year. To adapt to the new environment, I had not so much time on my hobbies.

When I was lying on the bed, I was always lost in wild and fanciful thoughts.

In May 2010, the second year of senior high study in China. I participated  in a voluntary work to serve the blind people. I was so lucky to experience  the blind people’s education but felt very disappointed that they did not have  the convenient facilities for the life and education. Then I started to think  about using the knowledge which I have had to design a tablet computer for the  blind people, and it would open a new world for them. The blind people’s tablet computer would be an electronic product with lots of functions such as Braille alphabet input, Braille alphabet display, Braille alphabet  transformation and Braille alphabet scanning. This tablet computer could scan the  paragraphs in the magazines and books and then transform them into Braille alphabets.  These Braille alphabets would appear in the displayer or are converted into sound for  the blind people. The tablet computer has the handwriting input device, which is very  convenient for the blind people to input the Braille alphabet. This equipment would be  very useful for the blind people to get higher education and more knowledge.  To summarize, my tablet computer for blind people has the following characters: It is a scanning and displaying equipment for the blind people to read magazines and books; It has the input device which could accept the handwriting input Braille alphabet.  It has reading function with gesture, which means it can read Braille alphabet according to the position of blind people’s hands.
